It is a game of communication and intuition, where players work together to guess the location of a hidden target on a spectrum.
The game components include a game board with a circular spectrum track and a pointer, as well as a deck of cards representing different topics and concepts. Each card has a hidden target location on the spectrum track.
To start the game, players form teams and select a clue giver for each team. The clue giver draws a card from the deck and secretly looks at the target location on the spectrum track. They then provide a clue to their team that helps them guess the target location.
The clue giver provides a clue by giving a statement or description that falls somewhere on the spectrum track between two extremes. For example, if the target location is "spicy food," the clue giver might say, "mild" at one end of the spectrum and "very spicy" at the other end.
The rest of the team then discusses and deliberates on where they think the target location falls on the spectrum track based on the clue provided by the clue giver. Once the team has reached a consensus, the pointer is moved to the guessed location on the spectrum track.
Points are awarded based on how close the guessed location is to the actual target location. The game continues with each team taking turns being the clue giver, and the team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
